I have made this bike into an ultimate city street machine by installing shorter/raised Titec stem, and comfort seat for a lot more relaxed upright riding position; also installed the Serfas Sheriff tires for smooth ride on any terrain. It can be easily converted back into an aggressive mountain beast with longer handlebar, racing seat, and knobby mountain tires.
