The original turquoise frame of this bike is beautiful. I preserved/de-rust it, and accentuated its purple logos with numerous purple components. The original Shimano A10 drivetrain was upgraded with Shimano Exage 200GS drivetrain and a larger 32T cassette, making this bike a much better climber. When I purchased this bike, its badly oxidized aluminum seatpost was stuck dead in the seat tube. It took several hours of work and caustic soda to remove the damaged seatpost and to clean the seat tube, making this bike ready to ride again.
